Method:
1. Remove the head, intestine and shell of the prawn. Leave the tail shell intact. Clean and wipe dry. Marinade for about 10 minutes.
2. Boil water. Add 1 tbsp salt and fettucine for about 7 minutes. Drained. Mix with 1 tbsp Knife Brand Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Canola Oil.
3. Heat 2 tbsps Knife Brand Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Canola Oil over medium heat. Stir-fry the onion until tender. Add the minced garlic and red chilli and fry briefly. Add the prawn and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add the sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Mix well with the fettucine. Serve.
